Terms
The house rules.
Short version: Robin is free, be decent to each other, and it’s a shuttlecock scheduler — not a court of law.
The deal
Robin is a free web service for organizing social badminton (and badminton-adjacent) play. By creating or joining a party you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Robin — no hard feelings.
Your party, your data
Whoever creates a party is responsible for what’s in it. Party names, details, and player names are entered by you and your group; they remain yours. Robin stores them only to run the party (see the Privacy page) and deletes them on request.
Fair use
Don’t use Robin to harass anyone, don’t put abusive or unlawful content in party or player names, and don’t try to break, overload, or reverse other people’s party links. Parties that abuse the service can be removed without notice.
No warranty
Robin is provided as-is, free of charge, with no uptime guarantee and no warranty of any kind. Standings are computed carefully but a badminton night, not a court of law, is the intended venue for disputes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robin’s liability is limited to zero — it’s a free shuttlecock scheduler.
Changes
These terms may change as Robin grows. The “last updated” date beside this page always tells you when. Continuing to use Robin after a change means you accept the new terms.
